The West Midlands Regional Assembly leads on health issues on behalf of the West Midlands Local Government Association.

The Regional Health Partnership has the vision that the "West Midlands Region becomes a healthier region by 2020, by improving health, prosperity and opportunity". It aims to focus on reducing health inequalities in the broadest sense including economic development, environmental and social issues, and improve the quality of life of all citizens. The Health Partnership is made up of those involved in policy decision making in the region's health related organisations including representatives from health trusts and local government.

For more information on the Health Partnership please see West Midlands Regional Assembly website or contact Sherman Wong
