HRWM online
HRWM online is an online forum for the West Midlands Local Authorities and Associates to utilise. You can use it to do round robins asking what other authorities do in particular circumstances and shares policies etc. We will also be updating other sections to advise you of key dates for your calendar (e.g. HR/PPMA and SAG meetings) as well as other activities taking place at the Regional Partnership Centre.
Why use it?
It will stop us wheel re-inventing and what can be better than sharing our considerable cumulative experience with each other (both good and bad). Sharing policies will save us all time, sharing experiences may help us to avoid some of the bad experiences we have had especially in such a challenging time.
Who can register?
If you are a HR Professional feel free to register. WMLGA accept or decline requests but where we decline we will provide reasons.
Is it easy to register?
Yes. There are two quick how to guides to complete and then you are up and running.
How will I know if people have posted on the site?
If you have ticked to subscribe to e-mail alerts as per the instructions you will be e-mailed every time someone posts or adds to a subject (known as a thread).
What if I am having difficulties?
Contact Michelle Cartwright who will be happy to assist.
